It’s no secret that the Rugrats are naturally curious babies, but who would have thought that Grandpa Lou would be just as bad. After discovering an online conspiracy website, Grandpa Lou pulls Timmy into a web of mystery about the s’eptillians (reptilians) around us. In order to understand more, Timmy goes to the smartest person he knows – Angelica.

While she’s no Neil deGrasse Tyson, Angelica explains to Timmy the wonders of space and the aliens among us. Just as she’s blowing the young babies mind, Susie steps in to offer her own explanation. It turns out her Uncle Charles was abdicated by aliens when he was a child and narrowly escaped being placed in a human zoo. As Susie and Angelica go head-to-head to decide who knows more, Timmy is beginning to worry that his parents are actually s’eptillians in disguise. Are his parents really his parents, or is there a sinister reason for the glowing neon lights coming from the backyard? Grab your copy and find out!

Box Brown continues to capture the many voices of the Rugrats in a way that is both nostalgic and entirely new. Meanwhile the wonderfully cartoonish art by Lisa DuBois brings the entire story together.
