Whovians rejoice! As fans anxiously await the debut of Jodie Whittaker’s Thirteenth Doctor on the long-running BBC television show this fall, Titan Comics has released a new three-part series to help tide fans over. Along with serving as a prelude to the new television series, The Road to the Thirteenth Doctor also acts as a prologue to the Thirteenth Doctor’s comic adventures. 

The first of three standalone tales kicks off with David Tennant’s Tenth Doctor and his current comic companions Gaby and Cindy. Upon discovering an abandoned spaceship whose crew is being absorbed by mysterious creatures, the Doctor leaps into action.
