The bad news: they had to hold a funeral for Squirrel Girl. The good news: she’s not actually dead. Worse news: there’s probably Skrulls involved. So what’s a team to do when there’s person-impersonating aliens potentially running amok in New York City? Obviously they hole up inside an apartment like a bunch of paranoid weirdos for a full day, of course. But when Tony Stark gets replaced by a Skrull, things get real serious, real quick.

The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl remains a must-read for me every week, thanks to the riotously funny writing courtesy of Ryan North and expressive artwork from Derek Charm. Both of them work so well together to make a book that is much bigger than just the sum of its parts; Unbeatable Squirrel Girl is simply just a really good book. And besides, who doesn’t like some Skrull shenanigans every once in a while?
