Without spoiling anything, Robert Venditti provides some critically important answers to Hawkman’s looming questions about his past, his purpose, and what’s to come. This issue is not long on dialogue and exposition, but it presents Hawkman’s creation in a poetic fashion. Now the question is, what will he do with this newfound knowledge and will it be enough to defeat the Deathbringers.
