Livewire #4 picks up with Amanda about to be destroyed by her former classmate Pan de Santos. Through the pain, she finally seems to understand the effect her actions had when she shut down the power. More than that, she feels remorse.

The aftermath of what Livewire did to the country still has lots of story to tell, but this first arc essentially closes here. The epiphany portion of the issue ran a little long, but it was necessary to set up the next arc. Based on her current frame of mind, what comes should be a thrilling combination of woman on the run and woman on a path to redemption.
