The Space Lubber has continued to terrify Wakanda, leaving absolute destruction in its wake. But Shuri has a clue, leading her to both the Lubber and to her hacker acquaintance, Muti. Travelling with Storm deep into the Wakandan mines to find Muti, they also manage to find the alien creature – and uncover who Muti is and what kind of abilities he’s been hiding.

Shuri has been a super fun series so far and it seems as though next issue will be its last, which is a bummer – but I’m looking forward to seeing how things wrap up. In a current Marvel environment where it seems that everything is crossing over with everything else in some form, Shuri has been a lovely little action-packed self-contained series focused on a character that seemed overdue to time in the spotlight.
