Even the Avengers need support sometimes, and with S.H.I.E.L.D. gone, the Black Panther has taken it upon himself to pick a new team with a wide variety of abilities in order to provide that support. Consisting of the Wasp, Colonel John Jameson III, Okoye, Ka-Zar, Strongbow, Roz Solomon, Broo, Gorilla-Man, Fat Cobra and of course T’Challa, it’s an interesting group, to say the absolute least. But their particular mix of powers is suited for some cool battles, and as they uncover who’s behind an incident in Oklahoma, it’s clear they’ll have to figure out how to work well together.

Mixing massively popular characters like Black Panther with the likes of Gorilla-Man and Fat Cobra for a team-up isn’t something I think even the most creative of fanfiction writers could have ever come up with. But I hope this bizarre team helps to expose new readers to some obscurities, and it certainly looks like the story is primed for some really high-tier action. This is definitely a book to watch out for in the coming months.
