BOOM! Studios will be set up at booth 2229 during Comic-Con on July 17-21, 2019 at the San Diego Convention Center in California. The publisher, home to imprints BOOM! Studios, BOOM! Box, KaBOOM!, and Archaia, will host panels and signings throughout the weekend. 

In partnership with GLAAD, BOOM! is presenting an in-depth conversation on LGBTQ representation in pop culture with “Entertainment is LGBTQ.” Join Lilah Sturges (Lumberjanes), Zachary Barack (Spider-Man: Far From Home), Sina Grace (Ghosted in LA), Noah Hayes (The Avant-Guards), Megan Townsend (Director of Entertainment Research & Analysis, GLAAD), and more on Thursday from 12 PM to 1 PM in room 28DE. 

The following day, in room 32AB from 3 PM to 4 PM, an all-star group of comic book creators discuss what’s new and exciting in the world of comics with “BOOM! Studios: Discover Yours.” Revealing details about current and upcoming projects during this interactive panel is Kieron Gillen (Once & Future), Lev Grossman (The Magicians), Sturges, Carly Usdin (The Avant-Guards), Grace and Matt Gagnon (Editor-in-Chief, BOOM! Studios). 

Attendees who stop by the publisher’s booth 2229 can snag never before seen exclusive merchandise from your favorite BOOM! Studios comic book series, including a limited hardcover edition of Lev Grossman’s The Magicians: Alice’s Story ($40) to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the original bestselling series, special edition collectibles, exclusive variant covers for Joss Whedon’s Angel ($10), Sabans Go Go Power Rangers: Forever Rangers #1 by Evan Cagle ($15), a limited edition print of Once & Future illustration by Dan Mora ($10), and a WWE limited edition print of Kofi Kingston ($20). Fans can also get these items signed by their favorite creators throughout the weekend at the booth.

Among the exclusive Mighty Morphin Power Rangers covers on offer is #38 by Lucas Werneck ($15), #40 by Miguel Mercado ($20), #40 by Joana LaFuente ($20), and #40 White Ranger Showcase by James Griffiths ($40). Part of the showcase variant collection, fans can purchase each of the showcase variant covers from the Power Rangers themselves, including Karan Ashley, Johnny Yong Bosch, Steve Cardenas, David Yost, and Catherine Sutherland, at various live events. The White Ranger showcase variant cover is exclusively available at Comic Con: International.
