Clover Press is producing a new book format called graphic novella. The company is considering it an upgrade to the traditional trade paperback and will launch a slate of books in the new format.

In celebration of the 80th anniversary of Will Eisner’s The Spirit, Clover Press will publish a new collection in the graphic novella format. It contains 10 stories, with 5 receiving new coloring by Eisner Award-winning colorist Laura Martin. It will be produced with a regular cover and a variant design.
