Hero Collector has revealed Wave 2 of their Heavyweights collection featuring superheroes from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Originally previewed at New York Toy Fair earlier in 2020, the hand-painted, full cast metal figurines reproduce the likenesses of the MCU’s popular costumed heroes. The 1:18 scale (approximately 4-5 inches tall) figures come on a metal base and are packaged in a collector’s tin featuring the character’s logo and movie origin.

The first wave is scheduled for release in September 2020 and the second wave is set to follow in the first quarter of 2021. The second wave includes Ant-Man in his iconic shrinking suit and helmet, Captain Marvel cracking her knuckles after battle, Star-Lord posing with his guns, and War Machine with guns blazing.

This line is part of Hero Collector’s new products, new packaging and concepts. The Heavyweights will be available in comic shops, specialty retail stores, Hot Topic, and directly at Eaglemoss shop online.

The company has stated plans to continue adding to this line of MCU figurines.
