Wizard World Chicago has cancelled the 2020 convention that was scheduled for August 20-23. The long running convention will return to Chicago on June 24-27, 2021, a bit earlier in the summer than the con is usually held.
Tickets that were purchased for the August convention can be used for the rescheduled dates.
Since Wizard World has cancelled several of their conventions in 2020 due to concerns surrounding COVID-19, they have shared the dates for multiple 2021 shows earlier than usual. New Orleans will be held on January 8-10, Philadelphia on January 15-17, Portland on January 29-31, Cleveland on February 26-28, St. Louis on March 12-14, and then Chicago.
Wizard World is continuing to offer virtual experiences where fans can watch online panels, and purchase opportunities like one on one chats and autographs. Details on upcoming virtual experiences is available at wizardworld.com.
