Inker John Beatty noticed a significant change in his vision in late 2019. A trip to the ophthalmologist confirmed that his eyes have been developing cataracts over the last 10 years and it has gotten more aggressive in the last year.

To correct the problem, Beatty needs cataract surgery in both eyes. Because of COVID-19 he has not been able to attend any of his planned conventions and Beatty does not have insurance. He created a GoFundMe page to raise donations for the surgery. The goal is $15,000.
