A new, exclusive Wolverine story by Chris Claremont has been added to the Marvel Made Paragon Collection: Chris Claremont Premier Bundle.

Orders for the bundle will come with the 20-page bagged and boarded Wolverine comic that features a cover by Steve McNiven. It will be part of the faux leather, hand-numbered hardcover featuring some of Claremont’s most notable works.

The book is also filled with lithographs from artists Joe Quesada, Art Adams, Marcos Martin, Phil Noto, Salvador Larroca, and Philip Tan, plus an exclusive variant cover of Wolverine #6 (2020) by Olivier Coipel. Each copy will also be signed by Claremont, accompanied by one of four well known X-Men quotes handwritten by the author.

The new Wolverine comic will be a standalone tale tied to the character’s 1982 series and will expand on Logan’s story in Japan. It will only be available in the Marvel Made Paragon Collection.

“Time passes – unnoticed – and the hours I spent pitching to Frank in a mid-summer I5 tailback (that’s a “traffic jam” for everyone on the west side of the Pond) became a four-issue triumph,” Claremont said of his 1982 run.

“Not so long after that, those issues were joined by a two-part sequel to become something even better. For me, it was a chance to work with Frank Miller and Paul Smith – two of the finest storytellers in this business, then and now – to create a story that reads as well today as it did then. Action-a-plenty, sure, but most satisfying of all for me, characters that were visually alive and emotionally vital. And those characters are who we’ll be seeing again in this exclusive new book,” Claremont said.

The book is now open for preorder.
