New York City’s Metropolis Collectibles and the auction house, ComicConnect, will be attending Torpedo Con, this weekend on July 23-25, 2021. The con is taking place at the Hollywood Palladium, 6215 Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA.

Vincent Zurzolo, COO and co-founder of Metropolis and ComicConnect, will be buying collections and accepting consignments for their next big auction. “I have relatives on the West Coast, so I always cherish my visits to meet with friends and family alike,” Zurzolo said. “Southern California is overflowing with passionate collectors and the Torpedo Con is a perfect setting to make new friends and to forge new business relationships.”

Metropolis and ComicConnect will buy single issues and original comic art, Pokémon, pulps, video games, and entire collections. The ComicConnect team will also assist with consignments toward their next big auction. This includes free appraisals.

ComicConnect is currently offering 2,180 pulps at auction.
