The next Heritage Rare Books Signature Auction will be held on March 4, 2020, featuring important books from over 200 years of literary history. The auction will be facilitated in a floor session and an internet session.

Highlights are The Federalist: A Collection of Essays by Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay, Projet d’une Dixme Royale by Sébastian le Prestre, and A Collection of Sacred Hymns, for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints by Emma Smith.

They include Tarzan of the Apes by Edgar Rice Burroughs, Leaves of Grass by Walt Whitman, and Moby Dick or the Whale by Herman Melville with Rockwell Kent illustrations.

Other rare book examples are A Natural History of Uncommon Birds, and of Some Other Rare and Undescribed Animals by George Edwards, Die Fläche by Gustav Klimt, Joanna Hollmann, Minka, Podhajska, and others, and Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone by J.K. Rowling.
