Heritage has a pair of Marvel-ous high grade comics featuring the X-Men and Spider-Man in their Sunday & Monday Comics, Animation, & Art Weekly Online Auction.

X-Men #32 CGC 9.8 features art and cover by Werner Roth with an appearance by the Juggernaut. This copy comes from the Variety Store Collection, a high grade single-owner collection of Marvel titles from the 1960s and 1970s, many of which are graded 9.6 and 9.8, that has been stored by a Midwest convenience store owner for years.

The Amazing Spider-Man #300 CGC 9.8 includes the origin and first full appearance of Venom, the sentient alien Symbiote who survives by bonding with a host, usually human. In this issue, with art and cover by Todd McFarlane, Spider-Man wears the black alien symbiote costume for the last time, and The Thing makes an appearance. The issue is ranked No. 9 on Overstreet’s Top 25 Copper Age Comics list.
