ComicConnect’s Original Art Auction is open and features John Byrne pages, a Jack Kirby page starring Ant-Man in Tales to Astonish #39, a Don Heck page with the second Hawkeye and fourth Black Widow in Tales of Suspense #60 and a page with the first appearance of Immortus from Avengers #10.

“We feel this is one of the strongest groups of art we’ve ever offered,” Vincent Zurzolo, COO of ComicConnect, said.

It also includes a page by Joe Orlando with Daredevil, Karen Page, and the Purple Man in his first appearance in Daredevil #4. There’s also a page from Marvel Feature #1 by Ross Andru and Bill Everett offering the first appearance of The Defenders.

“These pages represent classic moments from the birth of the Marvel Universe, and we couldn’t be happier to be able to offer them to collectors as a few of these represent the earliest available art to feature these characters,” Zurzolo added. “This kind of stuff just doesn’t come up for sale very often.”
