ComicConnect’s original comic art auction starts Monday, November 23, 2020 at 12 PM ET. A few of the highlights noted by ComicConnect COO Vincent Zurzolo, are the Frank Miller cover to Daredevil #166 as well as his variant cover for Detective Comics #27, the sixth Punisher cover (also featuring Nightcrawler) from Amazing Spider-Man #162 by Ross Andru and John Romita, Gene Colan’s cover to Daredevil #40, and the Doctor Strange #8 cover by Gil Kane.

“The whole team at ComicConnect is proud to bring such an exciting selection of artwork to auction,” Zurzolo added. “We can’t wait for the auction to start and for collectors to get a chance to bid on pieces of comic history.”

In addition, the auction also includes a Todd McFarlane page from Amazing Spider-Man #313, a double-page spread from X-Men #105 by Dave Cockrum, Jim Starlin’s Star*Reach #1 cover, an American Flagg! portfolio plate by Howard Chaykin, Jim Lee’s Superman cover to Wizard #148, Bill Sienkiewicz’s painted cover to Christopher Hinz’s Anachronisms, and a key page from Neil Gaiman’s Sandman #67 by Marc Hempel.

“This is just the tip of the iceberg,” Zurzolo said. “The selection in this auction is impressively deep and filled with art that appeals to collectors of all levels.
