In their weekly auctions, Heritage is offering the first appearance of Guy Gardner, a Chris Bachalo Amazing Spider-Man splash page, and a rare copy of SpaceMaster X-7 for Atari 2600. The Comic Books Select Auction closes on Sunday through Tuesday, January 12-14, 2025, the Video Games Mini-Boss Auction ends on Tuesday, January 14, and the Comic Art & Illustration Auction concludes on Wednesday, January 15.

The comic book auction is led by Green Lantern #59 CGC 9.4 featuring the debut of Guy Gardner, the hot-headed Green Lantern. X-Men #58 CGC 6.5 introduces Havok in his iconic black costume drawn by Neal Adams.

The original art auction showcases Chris Bachalo’s The Amazing Spider-Man #576 splash page 1 with a dramatic image of an upside down, bloody Spider-Man. John Buscema and Tom Palmer’s The Avengers #288 story page 13 shows new chairperson Captain Marvel/Monica Rambeau leading a team meeting.

In the video game auction, Heritage has a rare copy of SpaceMaster X-7 CGC 9.8 glue seal for Atari 2600 which was named after an obscure 1958 horror/sci-fi film. Another rarity is a Donkey Kong 64 CGC 8.0 “Not for Sale” grey cartridge version.
