Set phasers to fun, the Official Star Trek Convention is just around the corner! The annual show is being held on July 31-August 4, 2019 at The Rio Suites and Resort on 3700 West Flamingo Road in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Star Trek alum attending the convention include original series guests William Shatner, Nichelle Nichols, and Walter Koenig.
Voyager stars in attendence are Kate Mulgrew, Roxann Dawson, Tim Russ, Ethan Phillips, Garrett Wang, Robert Picardo, and Robert Duncan McNeil.
Discovery guests include Anson Mount, Ethan Peck, James Frain, Rekha Sharma, Shazad Latif, Jayne Brook, Mary Cieffo, and Kenneth Mitchell.
The Next Generation stars attending include Brent Spiner, Michael Dorn, Jonathan Frakes, Gates McFadden, Denise Crosby, John de Lancie, and Suzie Plakson.
Deep Space Nine guests include Terry Farrell, Nana Visitor, Rene Auberjonois, Alexander Siddig, Nicole de Boer, James Darren, Casey Biggs, Armin Shimerman, Aron Eisenberg, Max Grodenchik, Chase Masterson, Robert O’Reilly, and J.G. Hertzler.
Enterprise stars appearing at the con are Connor Trinneer, Dominic Keating, Anthony Montgomery, John Billingsley, Jeffrey Combs, Vaughn Armstrong, and Gary Graham.
Additional guests include Chris Doohan (Star Trek 2009 movie) and Robin Curtis (Star Trek III), plus several others.
During the Official Star Trek Convention, Brent Spiner will perform a selection of songs with his band at a special Saturday Night Gala event. In honor of the 35th anniversary of Star Trek III: The Search for Spock, makeup maestro Michael Westmore will also be participating in a Klingon makeup demonstration with John Paladin and Robert O’Reilly. As well as a Star Trek: The Motion Picture 40th anniversary retrospective, Quark’s Happy Hour with Chase Masterson, and the famous Klingon Karaoke Party! There will also be various workshops and panels across a variety of topics.
The con is running Wednesday through Sunday 10 AM to 7 PM each day. General admission is $60 for Wednesday-Friday, $75 for Saturday and $65 for Sunday. A four-day pass is available for $330 while a five-day pass is $439. A Captain’s Chair pass is currently still available for $659.
