Wizard World is invading The Big Easy! On January 3-5, 2020, Wizard World New Orleans is being held at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Center on 900 Convention Center Boulevard in Louisiana.
Special guests attending the show include Sam Heughan (Outlander), Tom Welling, Michael Rosenbaum, Kristin Kreuk, Erica Durance and John Glover (Smallville), Cary Elwes and Wallace Shawn (The Princess Bride), Jim Steranko (Agents of SHIELD), Joe Wos (Mazetoons), Anthony Figaro (The Chronicles of Count Carlos: Son of Dracula) Chris Gianelloni (Reincarnation), Cory Smith (Amazing Spider-Man), Erik Hodson (Topps Star Wars), Jamie Tyndall (GI Joe), Jim Mehsling (Bounty Hunter: The Interview), James Maxey (Bitterwood), Andrew Herman (Zoe Dare), Andrew Heath (Burger Battle), Michael Golden (Micronauts), Lee Stephen (Dawn of Destiny), William Heinzen (Warrior of Light) and Ray Wenck (Ghost of a Chance).
During the show, attendees can enjoy panels and workshops across the genre of comics, fantasy, science fiction and more. There will be autograph and signing sessions with celebrity guests taking place across the three days. The annual Wizard World costume contest will also award prizes for categories including Best in Show, Best Male/Female Heroes, Best Male/Female Villains, Best Group and Best Anime.
The show is running Friday 4 PM to 9 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM. One-day passes are $35 for Friday, $55 for Saturday, $50 for Sunday, and $80 for a full weekend pass. Children 10 and under are admitted free with a paid adult. VIP packages are also currently available.
