Catch the Wave

On February 28-March 1, 2020, MystiCon returns to the Holiday Inn Tanglewood for its 10th year of sci-fi, fantasy, and pop culture fun. The hotel is located on 4468 Starkey Road Southwest in Roanoke, Virginia.

Attending the three-day show is media guest of honor Daniel Logan (Star Wars: Attack of the Clones), artist guest of honor Jenn DePaola (Topps Trading Cards), independent film guest of honor Bill Mulligan (Blood of the Dragon), fan guest of honor Sean Heare, gaming guest of honor Blade Gaming, master of ceremonies Rich Sigfrit and convention photographer Jarod Kearney.

While MystiCon unveiled their guest list, they have chosen to keep the event schedule a mystery, for now. No doubt, similar to past conventions, MystiCon will include activities centered on the enjoyment of literature, art, and imagination. Be sure to check the show’s website in the weeks leading up to the event for an updated program guide.

The con is running nearly continuously, beginning on Friday at 1 PM and lasting until Sunday at 4 PM. Full weekend passes are $40 for adults, $20 for youths (9-12), and $5 for children 8 and under. A group rate of $30 is also available, along with a $25 pass for military/adult students.
