Sega Corporation is releasing a Game Gear Micro handheld console as part of their 60th anniversary celebrations. A smaller version of the Game Gear, this console will be available on October 6, 2020.

Featuring a 1” screen, it’ll be available in black, blue, red, and yellow, with a headphone jack and USB charge port. Sega has designed a special offer for costumers who buy all four models to receive a Big Window accessory.

Each color console will also come with preloaded games. The black version has Sonic the Hedgehog, Puyo Puyo 2, Out Run, and Royal Stone; blue has Sonic & Tails, Gunstar Heroes, Sylvan Tale, and Baku Baku Animal; yellow has all three Shining Force games and Nazo Puyo: Arle no Roux; and red has Revelations: The Demon Slayer, Megami Tensei Gaiden: Last Bible Special, The G.G. Shinobi, and Columns.

The Game Gear Micro is available for preorder in Japan with an on sale date in October, however, a release outside of Japan has not been announced yet.
