When the first trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home dropped on August 23, 2021, and introduced the multiverse, it set imaginations ablaze with the possible scenarios that could play out on-screen. As comic and film fans ponder the likelihood of seeing another version of Spider-Man in the movie, the folks at HalloweenCostumes.com decided to study the Spider-Women.

The Spider-Verse began with Peter Parker’s introduction in Amazing Fantasy #15. Since then, several more spider-powered men and women have been introduced in comics, TV, and film. HalloweenCostumes.com’s infographic depicts several of the Spider-Women coupled with character details, including their first appearance and origin stories.

The graphic covers everyone from Jessica Drew and Aunt May as Spider-Ma’am to Cindy Moon as Silk and Gwen Stacy as Ghost-Spider/Spider-Gwen. There are also multiple “honorable mentions” for characters like Betty Brant as Spider-Girl, Natalia Romanova as Black Spider, and Sun-Spider.
