The Valiant universe is taking a trip to the Deadside for their first tabletop game. The new game, Valiant: Fight for Deadside, features popular Valiant characters like Shadowman, Ninjak, Punk Mambo, Dr. Mirage, and others as they try to stop Master Darque and his army from escaping Deadside and invading our world. It is heading to Kickstarter for a crowdfunding campaign.

Designed by Sen-Foong Lim (The Shining: Escape From The Overlook Hotel) and Jon Cohn (Ghostbusters: Blackout), it’s a cooperative tabletop game for 1-4 players with an estimated playing time of 45-60 minutes.

The first 500 subscribers to the Valiant Kickstarter newsletter will get free access to an exclusive day one offer once the campaign is live. It’ll provide a first look at digital content with the story behind the game.

“I’ve been a big fan of comics my entire life and what caught my attention about Valiant were the supernatural titles like Shadowman and Dr. Mirage,” Lim said. “Working on a game where some of the coolest Valiant characters team up to prevent Master Darque’s plans from coming to fruition has been awesome! It’s been great to dive headfirst into the lore and make a game out of all the interesting things Valiant has stuck in the Deadside.”
