During the late 1960s, British television introduced viewers to a 17-episode series that combined spy fiction with science fiction and allegory for a psychological drama. This series starred Patrick McGoohan as Number Six, a former secret agent who finds himself abducted and imprisoned in a mysterious coastal village.

Now, set 20 years after the final episode of the series, comes the authorized sequel from Titan Comics. The Prisoner: Shattered Visage follows former secret agent Alice Drake after she is shipwrecked on the shores of the Village. Here she encounters an aged Number Six, who is still locked into a decades-old conflict with his old nemesis Number Two – portrayed on TV by Leo McKern – for the future of the deserted spy village. At the same time, back in London, conflicting intelligence agencies are vying for control of the intelligence mine and the deadly secret lying at the Village’s core.

Writers Dean Motter and Mark Askwith capture all the intrigue and secrecy of the original series with new flair and even bigger twists. Coupled with the abstract art by Motter, this trade paperback is a can’t miss!
