Due to a disagreement on just how much carnage to cause, Jennifer Blood and Eagle did not kill General Flores in the last issue. But, they have hatched a new plan to not just end the drug kingpin but to hurt his bottom line by causing problems with a shipment of drugs and more of his thugs.

The quick and dirty jobs of taking out bad guys on Eagle’s bucket list are getting more complicated. What started as a simple partnership to hunt down really bad guys has added moral quandaries about collateral damage and perceived loyalty. Fred Van Lente continues to provide a decent story within the mayhem and violence.
