In Elvira’s last miniseries, she joined the ghost of Vincent Price to save the world from a powerful being that was being unleashed by an old movie. This introduced Elvira to the concept that movies actually have their own pocket dimensions!

After saving the day, something went wrong when Elvira tried to return to her world and ended up in another movie dimension. Elvira lands right in the middle of a classic black and white horror film where she must outsmart the killer and find the magical remote that can take her back home – or onto another scary locale.

David Avallone has been writing Elvira comics for a few years now, and he continues to deliver great stuff in the opener for this new series. Elvira’s saucy personality is on full display and the dialogue sparkles with good jokes and funny nods to the movie she’s in. Artist Silvia Califano and colorist Walter Pereyra take the movie love even farther by recreating some iconic shots from an Alfred Hitchcock masterpiece.

Elvira comics continue to be a go-to source for horror and horror-comedy fans who love Easter eggs and homages.
