Comic book artist Sal Velluto is fighting a battle with cancer and needs help with medical bills following surgery. He started a Go Fund Me page to help pay bills for cancer treatment.

Velluto, a Utah based artist, has worked on comics for major publishers over the past 30 years. His art has been featured in popular titles such as Captain America, Black Panther, Silver Surfer, Justice League, The Phantom, and other comic icons.

The most recent steps in Velluto’s road to treatment have been going over his prostate biopsy, blood tests to check his prostate specific antigen and other markers, and figure out the next steps of treatment.
