The zombies are coming! On Saturday, March 25, 2017, Zombie Gras will take over Geppi’s Entertainment Museum (GEM) for the seventh installment of the annual event. The day will be filled with activities, games, contests, and the restaurant/bar crawl around Baltimore.

Zombies, vampires, werewolves, and all forms of monsters are welcomed to GEM for Zombie Gras. It begins at 10 AM at the museum, then at 3 PM the monsters will invade the city for the restaurant/bar crawl.

GEM will host make-up artists, vendors, and characters roaming the halls looking for scares. They’ll host games, scavenger hunts, contests, and prizes for participants of any age. Vendors will also be there offering exclusive specials.

Vendors at GEM include Original Sin FX, Wicked Crusade, Apocrypha Comics Studio, Passanante’s Home Food Services, and I Love Nerd Life. Pizza Uno’s will be a vendor and give away prizes and play games with guests.

Gemstone Publishing Associate Editor Amanda Sheriff will be there to talk to horror fans about her upcoming book, The Overstreet Guide to Collecting Horror. “I’m excited to be a part of Zombie Gras to talk about all things horror with fellow fans of the scary and spooky,” Sheriff said. “Stop by and say hi to learn more about the book and talk about horror movies, books, and comics.”

The costume contests will be held at 2 PM, for Best Single, Best Couple, Best Group, and Best Child. The first person or team to finish the scavenger hunt will receive a zombie raffle bag. The Last Zombie Standing, co-sponsored by Baltimore Water Taxi, will be announced at Dick’s Last Resort.

Monsters and hunters in costume can participate in the crawl for free and other attendees will be charged $10 admission at the museum. Don’t forget to get a wristband at GEM to enjoy the crawl. Note, that you must be 21 years old to receive a wristband.

Restaurants in the crawl are Pickles Pub, Sliders Bar and Grille, Frank and Nic’s West End Grille, Chicago Uno’s, and Dick’s Last Resort.

GEM is located at Camden Yards, 301 W. Camden Street, Baltimore, MD. Visit www.geppismuseum.com or call (410) 625-7060 for additional information.
