Heritage Auctions’ sports collectibles expert Chris Nerat will be at the firm’s recently opened Chicago salesroom on June 1-2, 2017. Sports collectors and those looking to sell vintage sports cards and memorabilia can do so at the Chicago salesroom, located at 215 West Ohio Street. Nerat will also answer questions about the Heritage consignment process.

Nerate is a Wisconsin native and one of the best vintage Packers memorabilia experts in the hobby. His vast experience includes working as a dealer, card show promoter, lead card grader, and first hire for SCD Authentic, cataloger-consignment director for American Memorabilia, at Upper Deck Card Company’s auction division, and helped start MEARS Online Auctions. In addition, he was an editor-writer at Sports Collectors Digest which saw national attention by conducting a two-month investigation on fraudulent game-worn Brett Favre jerseys.

Heritage staff members will be available at the Chicago gallery on Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM. Nerat will be at the Chicago salesroom monthly with future dates announced later.
