A new comic book convention has been announced – emphasis on comic books. Torpedo Comics Collectors Convention is a new one-day show designed for comic book collectors and top dealers of vintage back issues.

Torpedo will be held on Sunday, July 15, 2018, at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport, located at 5711 West Century Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA. That day is the Sunday before Comic-Con International: San Diego, making it a convenient time for major dealers, particularly those on the East Coast, who will likely already be heading west to San Diego. For those unfamiliar with Southern California, Los Angles is only a few hours’ drive from San Diego, so dealers won’t have to travel too far for the show.

Some of the dealers that’ll be setting up are Terry’s Comics, Dave and Adams Cards World, Lone Star Comics, Graham Crackers Comics, Bib Wow, Harley Yee, Metropolis, Heroes Comics, Champion Comics, and Superworld Comics.
