The Dallas Fantasy Fair (DFF) comics and pop culture convention is being revived this November 24-25, 2018. The con will be held in the 275,000-square-foot Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas.

Guests will include Jim Steranko (Strange Tales, concept artist Raiders of the Lost Ark), Frank Brunner (Doctor Strange, Howard the Duck), Simon Bisley (Lobo, Heavy Metal), Bob Camp (director-writer-artist The Ren & Stimpy Show), Michael Golden (co-creator Rogue, Bucky O’Hare), Billy Blair (actor Sin City: A Dame to Kill For), and Arthur Suydam (Marvel Zombies).

The con has a long history as a successful comic convention in the southern U.S. Past guests have included talents like Jack Kirby, Ray Harryhausen, Will Eisner, Stan Lee, Harvey Kurtzman, Joe Kubert, Bill Sienkiewicz, Neil Gaiman, Alex Ross, Frank Miller, Adam West, and Julius Schwartz. The con is being revived this November by late DFF founder Larry Lankford’s friend, pop culture author-historian and creator rights advocate J. David Spurlock.

The Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas is located at 500 West Las Colinas Boulevard, Irving, TX. Tickets are $20 for Saturday, $15 for Sunday, and $30 for a two-day pass. They are now on sale at purchase.growtix.com.
