Avengers: Endgame has officially inched past Avatar to claim the all-time box office record after 13 weeks in theaters. In this past weekend, it accrued another $1.19 million, helping to push its total worldwide haul to $2.79 billion, passing Avatar’s previous record of $2.78 billion.

This is the latest accomplishment for Endgame at the box office, but hardly the only one; it previously smashed the record for the biggest worldwide opening in history, the biggest domestic opening weekend in history, and the fastest to reach $1 billion (earning that in just five days).

Avatar director James Cameron took to Twitter to congratulate Marvel Studios and the cast and crew of Endgame on their most recent accomplishment, posting a graphic of Iron Man surrounded by Pandoran sprites and featuring a Na’vi greeting.

Avengers: Endgame arrives on Blu-Ray and DVD on August 13, 2019.
