Comic writer, novelist, non-fiction author, and TV show creator Brad Meltzer was recently the commencement speaker at the University of Michigan.

During his speech the multi-hyphenate writer encouraged graduates to never stop growing and become the best versions of themselves. He advised them to surround themselves with people who bring out the best in them, to turn fear into momentum to accomplish goals, and to be empathetic towards others.
