On Monday, March 4, 2013, our friend John K. Snyder, Jr. celebrated his 70th birthday.

While John retired four years ago from his positions as President of Diamond International Galleries, Chief Administrative Officer of Gemstone Publishing, and President of Geppi’s Entertainment Museum, his influence is still keenly felt in our companies and in the character collecting field.

His son, comic book artist John K. Snyder III, organized a huge birthday card signed by each of his five siblings and their children across multiple parts of the country, and as you can see in the photos, it was well received.
