Quantcast

It’s happening at the Baltimore Comic-Con and it’s been billed as the most important meeting since David met Goliath, Stanley met Livingstone, or perhaps even when Harry met Sally.

Of course that’s according to the creators who are actually doing the meeting.

On Friday, September 22, 2017 at the Baltimore Convention Center, the creative team that brought us America, Jr., The Odd Squad and most recently Starring Sonya Devereaux from American Mythology, who have worked together for over 10 years but who have never met in person, will finally be together in the same place at the same time for the first time.

Granted, writers Todd Livingston and Nick Capetanakis have been friends since they founded the comedy group Open Season. And artists Brendon and Brian Fraim have been twin brothers since... you know, since they were born. But the two halves have never met.

That’s why they dubbed this “The Meeting.”

And whether or not it’s as monumental as all that, fans will get the chance to see them all together for the first time at the September 22-24 three-day show in Baltimore. Their humorous collaborations and their individual work will be on full display.
