Heritage Auctions has announced an expansion of their San Francisco office as a result of the growing staff and services. The new office is at 603 Battery Street, near the city’s Embarcadero and eastern waterfront and financial district.

“This expansion will allow us to grow our staff immediately,” Alissa Ford, Director of Fine & Decorative Arts in the San Francisco office, said. “We already offer an array of services and we are now seeking more specialists to serve our growing clientele in the region.”

The office already houses specialists in the areas of arms and armor, fine and decorative arts, including California and Western art, modern and contemporary arts, entertainment and music memorabilia, fine jewelry, and European art. Expected growth areas include comics and original comic art as well as U.S. coins.

In the new space, Heritage can hold larger exhibits of fine art along with changing displays. The grand opening is scheduled for October 26, 2017 from 6 PM to 8:30 PM. It will coincide with a preview of their American Art Signature Auction.

“We are growing to enhance and accommodate more specialists and services,” Ford said. “We are pleased to be San Francisco’s go-to auction house.”
