Diamond International Galleries (DIG) continues to offer a diverse selection of pop culture and vintage collectibles in their weekly eBay auction ending Sunday, August 28, 2016. Vintage collectibles currently available for bidding includes a 1940s Anti-Aircraft Units of the British Army Height Finder lead figures by W. Britain, a 1947 Captain Marvel tin-litho wind-up lightning race car and key, and a flat file copy of a Post Sugar Crisp cereal box featuring Sugar Bear. Pop culture items featured this week include the 1983 A-Team Adventure Set original production artwork by Colorforms. As can be expected, there are plenty of comics to bid on, including the first appearance of Rocket Raccoon in Marvel Preview Presents Satana #7 graded at a 6.5 FN+ from 1976.

As this auction ends, the next auction will become available for bidding during its week long run August 28 to September 4. These items will include a vintage 1930s Walt Disney’s Mickey Mouse handmade folk-art plush doll, a vintage 1946 Fawcett premium Mary Marvel statuette by Kerr Co., a vintage un-punched 1950s copy of The 7-Foot Model Train Book by Grosset, a lot of four vintage 1960s John F. Kennedy political pinback buttons, and a rare vintage 1985 mail away premium Back to the Future Dream Truck toy. All of these links are currently available with more information and images of these items, they will be available for bidding at the scheduled time.

Popular items ending in last week’s action that closed August 21 included a 2015 second edition DC Collectibles Batman and Killer Croc porcelain statue which sold for $192 after 39 bids. Disney products of note in the last auction are a 1930s Walt Disney Mickey Mouse stamped brass car radiator ornament which sold for $224 after 21 bids and a rare 1930s Walt Disney Enterprises Mickey Mouse Magazine Volume 1, Number 1 which ended at $410 after 25 bids. One more vintage collectible of note was a 1975 Post Cocoa Pebbles cereal box featuring an offer for a Swimming Fred Flintstone premium that fetched $239 after 14 bids.
