eMoviePoster has opened their latest auction, featuring 999 pressbooks, window cards, large French and Italian posters, and other oversized items. It runs through Tuesday, August 29, 2017 and can be viewed at www.emovieposter.com.

Italian one-panels are La Viaccia with Marog art, Torn Curtain with different Morini art, Salem’s Lot with great vampire art, Countess Dracula for the Hammer flick, and Godzilla on Monster Island with art of the giant monster battling, and two-panels are of East of Berlin with Ferrari art and The Good, the Bad & the Ugly for the 1970s rerelease.

French one-panels include Gilda 1972 rerelease by Boris Grinsson, Attack of the Phantoms featuring KISS, Bullitt for the 2006 rerelease, Guns of Navarone style C with Jean Mascii art, Playtime with art by Baudin and Rene Ferracci, Traffic with cool title treatment art, Return of the Jedi featuring art by Michel Jouin, Frankenstein for the 2008 rerelease, Conan the Barbarian with Frank Frazetta art, Dracula for the 1960s rerelease, American in Paris for the 1960s rerelease, The Big Lebowski for the 2015 rerelease, and Return of the Living Dead depicting Landi art.

Window card highlights are Thunderball with art by Robert McGinnis and Frank McCarthy, Goldfinger depicting two images of James Bond, The Birds showing Tippi Hedren and Alfred Hitchcock, Some Like It Hot featuring Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis, and Jack Lemmon, The Cat and the Canary showing Bob Hope and Paulette Goddard, Angry Red Planet with art of the gigantic animal hybrid, The Fly for the classic sci-fi movie, Giant Chiller-Diller Scream Show for the Benton Spook Show, and To Kill a Mockingbird for the movie based on the Harper Lee book.

Pressbooks include Psycho with rare Care & Handling supplement, Killers from Space with the bulb-eyed invaders, It Came from Beneath the Sea for the Ray Harryhausen film, It Came from Outer Space 2D version for the sci-fi classic, and White Christmas for the holiday classic.

Three surprising results from the auction that closed on August 22 were Auntie Mame group of 12 Italian photobustas for $605, Face of Another Japanese two-panel for $386, and Lawrence of Arabia French 23” x 31” for $321.
