Some of Marvel’s most powerful heroes are centerpieces in Heritage’s next Sunday Internet Comics, Animation & Art Auction. Among the notable lots closing on March 24, 2019, are a Thor original art page and a copy of Fantastic Four #48.

The John Buscema and Mike Esposito Thor #221 page 7 original art features four panels of an epic battle between Thor and Hercules. The ink over graphite art shows the two half-human gods fight over the fate of Krista, the Valkyrie who was kidnapped by Pluto.

The first appearance of Silver Surfer and Galactus can be found in Fantastic Four #48 CGC 9.0. Depicting a cover and art by Jack Kirby and Joe Sinnott, it also contains appearances by the Inhumans and the Watcher.
