Things are getting spooky in northern New Jersey! On March 31 through April 2, 2017, the New Jersey Horror Con will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 2055 Lincoln Highway, Edison, NJ.

Guests are John Waters (director Hairspray), Traci Lords (Cry Baby), Matthew Lillard (Scream), Ted Raimi (Evil Dead 2), Patty Mullen, James Lorinz, and Frank Henenlotter (Frankenhooker), Ricky Dean Logan, Harry Waters Jr., Jeffrey Weissman, and Don Fullilove (Back to the Future 2), The Amazing Kreskin, John Kassir (voice Tales from the Crypt), Michael Berryman (The Hills Have Eyes), Lynn Lowry (The Crazies), Kristanna Loken (Terminator 3), Alex Vincent (Child’s Play), Cerina Vincent (Cabin Fever), Tiffany Shepis (Tromeo & Juliet), Lloyd Kaufman (Troma writer-director-producer), Sharon Lentz (Dark Shadows), Kevin Van Hentenryck (Basket Case), Tony Moran (Halloween), Mink Stole (Serial Mom), Rick Hearst (Brain Damage), Gary Riley (Summer School), Randy Havens (Stranger Things), Gene Snitsky (wrestler), Scott Schiaffo (Vulgar), Felissa Rose (Sleepaway Camp), and Ernie O’Donnell (Clerks).

Events include an evening with John Waters, short film block, Frankenhooker/Brain Damage Q&A, double creature feature, Back to the Future Q&A, séance by the Amazing Kreskin, horror cosplay contest, a night with Bryan Johnson and viewing of Vulgar, showing of Night of Something Strange and Q&A with director Jonathan Straiton, and other films will be shown throughout the weekend.

The convention runs Friday 5 PM to 11 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM.

Preshow tickets are $20, general admission is $25, and three-day admission is $60. Children 11 years old and younger get in for free with a paying adult.
