The monsters, vampires, ghouls, and slashers are heading to Dallas soon for Texas Frightmare. Held on May 5-7, 2017, the horror convention takes place at the Hyatt Regency DFW Airport, 2334 North International Parkway, Dallas, Texas.

Events include panels on horror comics, indie filmmaking, music, trivia, anniversary panels, Q&As, and other horror-related entertainment.

Guests include Freddie Highmore, Max Thieriot, and Nestor Carbonell (Bates Motel), Danny Lloyd (The Shining), Frank Henenlotter (Frankenhooker), Rick Hearst (Brain Damage), Doyle (Misfits lead guitarist), Austin Amelio, Tom Payne, and Pollyanna McIntosh (The Walking Dead), Sting and Ric Flair (pro wrestlers), Michael Berryman and Willie Aames (Cut and Run), John Shepherd, Debi Sue Voorhees, and Melanie Kinnaman (Friday the 13th Part V), Ken Page (voice The Nightmare Before Christmas), Michael Paré (Streets of Fire), Ted Raimi (Evil Dead), and Shannon Elizabeth (Night of the Demons). 31 cast members Richard Brake, E.G. Daily, Meg Foster, Judy Geeson, Malcolm McDowell, Pancho Moler, Jeff Daniel Phillips, David Ury, and Torsten Voges will be there.

Anniversaries and reunions will be held at Texas Frightmare. A Suspira 40th anniversary celebration with writer-director Dario Argento, Stefania Casini, Barbara Magnolfi, Udo Kier, and Claudio Simonetti will be held. The Thing 35th anniversary with Dean Cundey, Keith David, Wilford Brimley, and Thomas Waites will take place. Plus, there will be a Fright Night reunion with director Tom Holland, Chris Sarandon, William Ragsdale, Amanda Bearse, Stephen Geoffreys, and Jonathan Stark.

The convention runs Friday 6 PM to 11 PM, Saturday 11 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday 11 AM to 5 PM.

Single day tickets range from $30 to $48.95, the weekend pass is $65 to $83.95, and the weekend four-pack is $219.95. Convention swag is also available for purchase with tickets.
