Catch the Wave

Anime Boston, one of the east coast’s largest anime conventions, returns to the Hynes Convention Center and the Sheraton Boston Hotel in downtown Boston, Massachusetts, on March 30-April 1, 2018. The show is set to be as big as ever, with a packed guest lineup and plenty of anime and manga-focused programming.

Guests this year include voice actors Amanda C. Miller, Brandon McInnis, Caitlynn French, Christopher Bevins, Clifford Chapin, Greg Ayres, J. Michael Tatum, Josh Grelle, Justin Briner, Kaiji Tang, Mary Elizabeth McGlynn, Monica Rial, Rachel Robinson, Scott Gibbs, Stephanie Sheh, and Steve Blum. Japanese guests this year include Hideyuki Tomioka, Hirokatsu Kihara, Kaoru Wada, Katsuyuki Sumizawa, Kazuki Yao, Michihiko Suwa, and Yuji Muto. The musical guests this year are Asaka and FLOW.

Programming this year includes the AMV Contest, both a formal and semi-formal ball, karaoke, gaming, a swap meet, and plenty of panels. There will also be a blood drive hosted at the show.
