Calling all comic art aficionados in the New York area, the NYC Comic Art Expo is just around the corner! This annual show is taking place on April 28, 2019 at Manhattan’s Hotel Pennsylvania on 136 West 33rd Street in New York City, New York. 

Held within the third floor Gold Ballroom, this show will feature 50 tables of original art from over 25 dealers and collectors. Exciting guests attending the show include Hellboy creator Mike Mignola, as well as Mark Teixeira (Ghost Rider) Ray Lago (Predator) and Keith Williams (The Phantom). 

During the show, a Winsor McCay original artwork collection will be on display and offered publicly for the first time from the collection of Chris Parente. Parente’s father, Joseph Parente, ran The Little Nemo comic shop in New York City for close to three decades. Frank (The Wizard) Thorne’s painted Red Sonja cover recreations, and a signed limited edition of 100 Red Sonja print from his famous 1976 poster, will also be featured at the show. 

The NYC Comic Art Expo is running Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM. General admission is $20. The show is conveniently located across the street from Penn Station A, C, E, 1, 2, 3 Subway.
