The first Creature Feature Weekend horror convention is coming up soon on August 30 through September 1, 2019. The three-day show will be held at the Wyndham Gettysburg, located at 95 Presidential Circle in Gettysburg, PA.
The guest list of actors, writers, special effects artists, directors, and musicians includes Corey Feldman and Jamison Newlander (The Lost Boys), Tom Woodruff Jr. (Aliens), Joe Bob Briggs (The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs), Stephen Blickenstaff (The Cramps), Jason Brooks and Chalet Lizette Brannan (Friday the 13th Vengeance), Patty Mullen, Frank Henenlotter, and James Lorinz (Frankenhooker), Geretta Geretta (Demons), David Eisenhauer (Cinema Sickness), Brandon Novak (Jackass), Glenn Ennis (Freddy vs. Jason), Billy Bryan (Ghostbusters), Mark Lassise and Kevin Kangas (Fear of Clowns), John Russo (The Return of the Living Dead), Walter Phelan (House of 1000 Corpses), Sean McKnight and Frank Horror (Cinema Alliance), John Johnson (Give Up the Ghost), Jason Seaux (Necro-Man), Michael Kyne and Bianca Allaine (Zombinatrix), Alex Vincent (Child’s Play), Tim Cappello (saxophonist), Brian Keene (The Rising), Robert Ford (The Compound), Kelli Owen (Six Days), Wesley Southard (The Betrayed), Somer Canon (Vicki Beautiful), Ronald Malfi (Night Parade), and Jonathan Janz (The Sorrows).
Tim Cappello will play a live one-man show, Frankenhooker will be shown with live cast commentary, Timeline Arcade will be set up with vintage machines, Jeremiah Crow’s Creepy Collection of Curiosities, Neiss Oddities, Karnevil: A Circus Sideshow, and ghost tours around Gettysburg. Additional film screenings include Crepitus, Return of the Slasher Nurse, Friday the 13th Vengeance, and Give Up the Ghost.
The convention will be open Friday 3 PM to 9 PM (autographs) and 10 PM (vendors), Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM (autographs) and 7 PM (vendors), and Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM.
Preshow tickets are $25 for Friday or Saturday, $20 for Sunday, and $45 for the weekend. Each ticket option raises $5 at the door. The VIP package is $125.
