Turbine, a member of the Rogues, has been murdered within the walls of Iron Heights. Since Barry has been transferred, he’s no longer a member of the crime lab and has no authority to investigate the case. But, that’s not going to stop him from chatting with a few famous inmates. And while he’s doing that, teams of villains are building alliances to take down the Flash and Kid Flash. Oh, and there could be a new member to the Rogues.

Joshua Williamson wrote another good issue of The Flash. This one was based more in old fashioned investigation rather than science, but it was still an entertaining read as Barry interacts with some of the baddies in and out of his mask. Since Barry is working at Iron Heights we get to see more of the villains in his life, and the Flash has some fun villains.
