I’m one of those people who always wants more. Whether it’s the eighth book in a series or for season 36 with a certain Time Lord, I always want to know more. Which is why the announcement of a new Regular Show series arrived at just the right time! Although the Cartoon Network series ended on January 2017, KaBOOM! has launched a six part miniseries that offers a look at where the gang finds themselves 25 years later. 

Over 20 years after the catastrophic battle between Pops and Anti-Pops during “A Regular Epic Final Battle,” Mordecai and Rigby are family men. While reminiscing about exchanging insane adventures for family and career, Mordecai and Rigby run into Benson and agree to run an errand for him. Despite being older, the troublemakers are certainly not wiser. The pair are quickly pulled into one dangerous situation after another. One that causes them to make the biggest mistake of their lives. You know what they say, the more things change the more they stay the same. 

Christopher Hastings has offered a hilarious and action-packed look into the future of the Park. Meanwhile the detailed art by Anna Johnstone, especially the older and bearded versions of Mordecai and Rigby, brings the entire story to life.
