A consignment from the Western Penn pedigree collection is being offered by Heritage Auction Galleries without reserve starting in the Sunday Internet Comics Auction that closes Sunday, February 7, 2010 at 10 PM CST.

“These books are fresh to the market and have never been offered for public sale before. While most of the Western Penn books that have been on the market up to now have been Silver Age DCs, there’s plenty for the Marvel fan in this new consignment,” they said.

The collection includes the only CGC 9.8 copy of Captain America #151, which headlines this week’s selection.

Additionally, there will be a large selection of Western Penn Marvels in their February 25-27, 2010 Signature Auction include Captain Marvel #1 (CGC 9.8) and Iron Man and Sub-Mariner #1 (CGC 9.6).
