SurrealEstate, Syfy’s upcoming supernatural drama, answers the question of how to sell a haunted house. The series stars Tim Rozon (Wynonna Earp, Schitt’s Creek) as Luke Roman, a real estate agent who specializes in selling haunted homes. In the third episode, fans of Wynonna Earp will be treated to a reunion.

Wynonna Earp is a supernatural Western about Wyatt Earp’s descendent who was tasked with killing demon outlaws. Rozon starred on the show as the immortal Doc Holliday, opposite Melanie Scrofano as the titular heroine. Scrofano is set to do a guest spot on and direct SurrealEstate.

Entertainment Weekly was given the exclusive look at the reunion between Rozon and Scrofano for the episode titled “For Sale by Owner.” Scrofano will play Harper North, a quirky woman living in her family’s lakeside cottage – which happens to be a house her brother wants to sell. He hires the Roman Agency to investigate if the house is haunted or if his sister is intentionally scaring away potential buyers.

“My character had to be just weird enough to creep people out a bit. Just enough to make them not want the hassle of dealing with her,” Scrofano said. “But the type of person who would behave that way to get what they want must have a pretty healthy dose of weirdness to them already. So I just kind of played degrees of strange. It was really fun. The wig did most of the work for me.”

Scrofano stepped behind the camera as well to direct two episodes of SurrealEstate. She had made her directorial debut in the final season of Wynonna Earp.

SurrealEstate premieres on Friday, July 16, 2021 at 10 PM ET on Syfy.
